Returns & Exchanges:

Best Shift Hockey wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and it is our goal to work with you to get the right product in your hands.

We offer returns or exchanges of merchandise within 21 days of receipt of the product.  All merchandise returns must be unworn and unwashed. To complete a return, please visit send us an email at service@bestshifthockey.com and include ALL of the information. We will email you specific instructions for printing a shipping label and for return of your merchandise within 2 business days. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to retain your original Best Shift Hockey packaging as it can be reused for your return! Best Shift Hockey is not responsible for any charges related to packaging materials in the event that you misplace your original shipping package.

 

Please include the following information in your email to service@bestshifthockey.com

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Street Address, City, State, Zip Code
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Total amount of your entire order.
  5. Is your request for a refund or exchange?
  6. In the event of an exchange, please indicate the size and style desired.
  7. Reason for your return.

 

 

Next:

-Place the merchandise that you are returning or exchanging into the original package.

-Place all of the packing materials into the original package with the merchandise that you are returning.

-Wait for an email from  Best Shift Hockey with instructions for printing a USPS return label.

-Follow the given instructions for printing, seal the package and stick the return label over the original address label.

-Bring the package to your local US Post Office and send it off!

We will email you within 2 business days of our receipt of the return merchandise to confirm your refund or the shipment of your exchange merchandise. Requests for refunds will be fulfilled for the amount of the product purchase only.  Any shipping charges that were paid at the original purchase will not be refunded. If you want to use another shipping method to send the merchandise back to us that’s cool, but we will only pay for returns shipped with the provided USPS return label.
